Homemade Cheeseburger Helper




 I have never bought a box of Hamburger Helper.  My Mother never bought a box of Hamburger Helper.  I was not, however, unaware of this American mainstay. Googling something to make for dinner with my pound of lean ground beef,  I happened upon this recipe from Drizzle Me Skinny.

    When you were teaching me to cook back in my youth, you gave me a recipe for chicken scarpiello. Now i can't find it! Can you replicate it for me? I am sick of everything I cook.
